Refunds:
- Refund is only available if client send us refund request within 24 hours of making payment with us. Also, First-time accounts holders are only eligible for this refund policy.
- For example, if a client had an account with us before and then canceled but again signed up, then that client will not receive any kind of refund
Or if client have opened a second account with us, he/she will not be eligible for this refund policy.
Non-Refundable Products & Services:
- There are no refunds of any fees (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on Domains, if any client purchased domain from us and after successful payment asked for refund then it’s not possible.
Cancellation Process:
- You can cancel the services at any time from your control panel.
- If you cancel the Service, then you must be required to pay all the fees as well as charges of that particular service before the cancellation process begins.
- If you send us a request to suspend your customer account, then you will lose access to control panel and the billing system to renew any of our products or services. But can use Services purchased before until the end of your expiry date.
- Please note that if you have pending unpaid orders on your account and you cancel your account, we will continue to process those orders from your advanced account and if we are unable to fulfill any orders, the charges for such orders will be reversed and we will cancel those orders.
- We also reserve the rights to cancel such order within 30 days of processing. In such case we will refund the fees charged for that particular order.
